How to Use the Calendar in Neela

Using Calendar on mobile 

iOS & Android

1. Open the Calendar. Tap Calendar in the navigation to see your upcoming appointments and what's scheduled for the days and weeks ahead.

2. Add an appointment through Chat. You can ask Neela to add an appointment for you right from the Chat screen by saying something like "Add my dermatologist appointment on Friday at 1," and she'll take care of the rest.

3. Or add it manually from the Calendar. Tap the Add button to enter the appointment details yourself, including the date, time, provider name, and any notes you want to remember

4. Review upcoming appointments before each visit. Tap any appointment to see its details and any notes you saved, and if you want to prepare questions ahead of time, just head over to Chat and ask Neela to help you get ready

Helpful Tips

 

Add appointments as soon as they're scheduled.

 

It only takes a moment to tell Neela about a new appointment right after you book it, and future you will be glad you did when the reminder shows up later.

Include the provider's name and location.

 

Adding a few extra details when you create the appointment makes it much easier to find directions, make calls, or brief a family member who's stepping in to help.

Use the notes field to jot down what to bring.

 

If the doctor asked you to bring a list of medications or a referral form, add a quick note to the appointment so you see it before you leave the house.
