Start by logging a note about your loved one. Tell Neela about any diagnoses, medications, providers, and recent changes.
Create a Note via Chat or Log a Note about what you've noticed
Just tell Neela, "Dad seemed more confused than usual today and wasn't eating much. Log the change."
"I've had more headaches than usual this week. Log it for me."
Neela will
